Situated near the Mouth of the Guadalquivir and Doñana National Park, Chipiona is an important summer resort along the Costa de la Luz. Chipiona is famous for its stunning beaches and a delicious gastronomy. Chipiona is an excellent base to discover the stunning and natural region of Cadiz. Located at the Punta del Perro, the Chipiona Lighthouse is the city’s landmark and the tallest lighthouse in Spain. One of Chipiona’s most emblematic monuments is the Shrine of Our Lady of Regla, which breathes a Neo-Gothic air. Other place of interest worth cisiting are the Castle Chipiona, The Marina and the Muscat Museum. The Promenades by the Regla and Las Canteras beaches, which are busy and buzzing, are lined with pavement cafés where one can sit and enjoy the views of the sea. Chipiona exudes Andalusian charm, with its vibrant and bohemian atmosphere.
